In case of order which is to be shipped outside India customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
All shipments exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address.
Shipping Partner: Our domestic logistic partner is DCTC, ST, India POST & for international shipments, India POST which connects to USPS, Royal Mail, etc. in the respective country.
NOTE: In case of international order, the customer must pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, customs duty & taxes levied by destination country must be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner and/or customs as applicable at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
It typically takes 1-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, except if said deliveries are subject to unexpected (i.e. weather issues, natural disasters, transport restraints) or expected (i.e. government & local holidays, courier days off) circumstances.

The product is delivered within 10-15 days outside India from the day of the order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority, holidays, or any unexpected circumstances.

There are no shipping/ delivery charges for all states in India for most of the items. For some items less than Rs 799, shipping charges might apply. For Andaman and Nicobar islands and Lakshadweep, shipping charges will apply. For return and exchange items, the customer will be paying the shipping charges. In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 5 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we will send you the replacement of the same or very similar to what you have selected.
Yes, you can order for something to be delivered in India as long as you provide a valid shipping address within India.
