How can i know the status of my order?
All registered users have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track order. If you have purchased through WhatsApp, our dispatch team will provide you with tracking details through WhatsApp.

We deliver to all of India.

There are no shipping/ delivery charges for all states in India for most of the items. For some items less than Rs 799, shipping charges might apply. For Andaman and Nicobar islands and Lakshadweep, shipping charges will apply. For return and exchange items, the customer will be paying the shipping charges. For information on shipping charges for international orders please see the Shipping and Handling Charges Section under Shipping Policy section

In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 5 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we will send you the replacement of the same or very similar to what you have selected.  

Yes, you can order for something to be delivered in India as long as you provide a valid shipping address within India.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within

1-3 days within Tamil Nadu

2-3 days within Karnataka

4-5 days to AP, Telangana and Kerala

6-7 days to North India 

10-15 days to International destinations (Excluding the customs clearance)

Our courier partner will leave a message and will try to deliver it later. Please coordinate the order and delivery such that the recipient is available to accept the delivery at the provided address. The recipient must have a copy of any of the below-mentioned ID proofs and must sign on to receiving the product:

What are the payment options available?

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through Google Pay(Gpay). PhonePe,  or any other UPI App, credit cards, debit cards, international cards, and net banking. Please note that payments on www.silverlinesboutique.com will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.

International Orders

For payment towards international orders, please use the bank account details provided below.

We do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method currently.

Yes, we can. You video call with us and select and we will deliver to your location.

returns & cancellations
What is the return policy?

You can return the unused product in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for the exchange. We shall process the return for the exchange items only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing in which the return may not be possible.

Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving the product. Items returned after 2 days will not be accepted.

In this case, unboxing video of the package showing the damage is a must. Videos or photos taken after the package is opened will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for an exchange. Please refer to Return and exchange Policy    section for details.

You can message us at  support@silverlinesboutique.com or call us on our WhatsApp number +918680897818  to report the incident. If you want to return the product, please do not use it. Within Tamil Nadu, we will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our courier partner. Outside Tamil Nadu, the customer needs to return the item by their nearest India Post Registered Parcel to the below address. Once the return is initiated, we will arrange for the dispatch of the correct item ordered. If the same item is not available, we will issue a gift voucher for the same value which can be used for future purchases.

Tanukri International Private limited is committed to ensuring, full customer satisfaction, security and customer assistance with respect to the products available on our website. However, there are certain products that are not eligible for return.

No returns/No exchange option for all of our pure silk sarees (Lavanyam, Sowndaryam, Aishwaryam, etc. ), Maheshwari silk, Aethera brand jewelry and Sahasra brand readymades. 

No returns/No exchange option for bulk orders, or special orders (specifically procured on order), and custom orders.

The items must be returned within 2 days from the date you received the product. . RETURNS MADE AFTER 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You need to Call us or messages us on our WhatsApp number +918680897818  stating that you want to return the product.

Take the following step:

  1. Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number, and mobile number.
  2. Item must be packed neatly as in the original folding and placed in the original transparent cover they came in.
  3. They need to be placed in a big courier cover comfortable to hold them and not squeeze inside the old cut open courier cover
  4. Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tags, if any.
  5. Post-inspection, only after we get a go-ahead from the QC (quality check) team will the return/Exchange process be initiated.

Do I need to pay shipping delivery charges?

There are no shipping/ delivery charges within India. For the return and exchange items, you will be paying the shipping charges.  For information on shipping charges for international orders please see the Shipping and Handling Charges Section under Shipping Policy section

We deliver all over the world.

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. Payment will be received only in USD. Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

It will take approximately 7-10 days after the confirmation of the order; provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. A WhatsApp message will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our support personnel will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.

Yes, in case of an international order, the customer will have to bear all the shipping charges and any customs duty levied at the destination country (if applicable). Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Charges under “Shipping Policy” for more details. Please note that all products/consignments are dispatched on the “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis. 

No, there is no minimum value for international orders.
