Silverlines is a brand of Tanukri International is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return and exchange for any other product from Silverlines.

NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for an exchange. You are required to report the defect within 2 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on +918680897818 or writing to us on support@silverlinesboutique.com. For the exchange on the returned defective product please check the section on Exchange below.

2- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the unused product and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice to exchange for another product from Silverlines.

When claiming defects/damages with the product, unboxing video of the product without any cuts or edits showing the damage is a MUST.

  1. Customers should contact Silverlines customer support on +918680897818 or write to support@silverlinesboutique.com  within 2 days of receiving the product.
    Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Silverlines about the same.
    3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused, in packed condition.
  2. Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving them.
  3. Items returned after 2 days of receiving will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  4. Items must be packed neatly as in the original folding / Condition and placed in the original transparent cover they came in.
  5. They need to be placed in a big courier cover comfortable to hold them and not squeezed inside the old cut open courier cover.
  6. We have exchange option only, no refund option.
  7. No returns/exchange option for any Pure silk, Maheshwari silk cotton sarees and for Aethera brand products

Exchange

We shall process the exchange once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which exchange may not be possible.

You have 2 months to select an exchange product of Silverlines including Aethera and Sahasra. You can exchange for the same price or higher; in such case, the excess needs to be paid in addition.

Exchange is allowed only one time per purchase.

All exchanged products shipping must be paid by the customer.

Product Characteristics 

  • Silverlines products are made of pure and natural fabrics and hence may be prone to shrinkage and colour bleed (especially natural dyes)
  • All of our pure silk sarees Lavanyam, Sawndaryam, and Aishwaryam saees collections are 100% Pure Silk, Silk Mark Certified, ⁠Hand woven with the 1st Grade (Finest Grade) of silk threads and use natural dyeing and natural drying process.
  • Our Maheshwari silk cotton is made of pure silk and pure cotton only.
  • Given the unique and handcrafted nature of the product, the dimensions & weight of the saree (and attached blouse piece and Kurtis sets may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.
  • The Company does not guarantee the colour /purity/content of the zari unless stated explicitly on the product’s description.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any special, indirect, remote, economic or consequential loss or damage.
  • The actual color of the product may slightly vary from the image shown.
  • Our Pure Silk sarees & Kurtis are handcrafted with precision. So do treat it with a little extra care. Dry clean only.
  • Best way to care for your product is to avoid bringing it in contact with any liquid.

 

 

What is the return policy?

We have exchange policy, no refund option. You can return the unused product in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for the exchange. We shall process the return for the exchange items only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing in which the return may not be possible.

In this case, unboxing video of the package without any cuts or edits showing the damage is a must. Videos or photos taken after the package is opened will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for an exchange. You can message us at  support@silverlinesboutique.com or call us on our WhatsApp number +918680897818  to report the incident. If you want to return the product, please do not use it. Within Tamil Nadu, we will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our courier partner. Outside Tamil Nadu, the customer needs to return the item by their nearest India Post Registered Parcel to the below address. Once the return is initiated, we will arrange for the dispatch of the correct item ordered. If the same item is not available, we will issue a gift voucher for the same value which can be used for future purchases.

No returns/No exchange option for all of our pure silk sarees (Lavanyam, Sowndaryam, Aishwaryam, etc. ), Maheshwari silk, Aethera brand jewelry and Sahasra brand readymades. 

No returns/No exchange option for bulk orders, or special orders (specifically procured on order), and custom orders.

The items must be returned within 2 days from the date you received the product. . RETURNS MADE AFTER 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You need to Call us or messages us on our WhatsApp number +918680897818  stating that you want to return the product.

Take the following step:

  1. Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number, and mobile number.
  2. Item must be packed neatly as in the original folding and placed in the original transparent cover they came in.
  3. They need to be placed in a big courier cover comfortable to hold them and not squeeze inside the old cut open courier cover
  4. Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tags, if any.
  5. Post-inspection, only after we get a go-ahead from the QC (quality check) team will the return/Exchange process be initiated.

Yes, you can return any product bought from silverlinesboutique.com  at any physical boutiques of Tanukri International.
