NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for an exchange. In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the unused product and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice to exchange for another product from Silverlines.

We shall process the exchange once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which exchange may not be possible.
You have 2 months to select an exchange product of Silverlines including Aethera and Sahasra. You can exchange for the same price or higher; in such case, the excess needs to be paid in addition.

Within Tamil Nadu, we will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our courier partner. Outside Tamil Nadu, the customer needs to return the item by their nearest India Post Registered Parcel to the below address. Once the return is initiated, we will arrange for the dispatch of the correct item ordered. If the same item is not available, we will issue a gift voucher for the same value which can be used for future purchases.
